Harry Potter Sorting Hat

Some stories begin with imagination — others are shaped by hand.
The RADI Harry Potter Sorting Hat was born from both.

As a lifelong fan of art, cinema, and creation, I wanted to bring one of the world’s most iconic symbols of magic to life — not with fabric or resin, but with real leather. Every wrinkle, every fold, every curve was sculpted by hand from thick vegetable-tanned full-grain leather, using traditional crafting techniques and weeks of patience.

What began as an experiment soon became a masterpiece — a tribute to timeless storytelling and artisanal devotion.

A Creation of Detail and Soul

The hat’s shape wasn’t molded — it was hand-sculpted from wet leather, carefully dried, and then aged to capture the same rugged charm you’d expect from Hogwarts itself.
Its texture and tone carry the warmth of craftsmanship — proof that even fantasy can be made tangible.

This piece isn’t for sale — it’s a symbol of RADI’s creative freedom, where art isn’t just worn, but felt.
