Mr. Pushpasiri reached out with a clear brief: a luggage bag worthy of his Royal Enfield Desert Storm 350, practical for travel yet crafted as a keepsake. We began with conversations, quick sketches, and mock-ups, then selected a leather tone to complement the bike’s character. The design took shape around the motorcycle’s lines: a clean trunk form with enough structure for long rides and a face that could carry a story.

I built the piece by hand—cutting full-grain leather, forming the trunk panels, and stitching the seams for strength. The front bears the Arachchi Heritage Villa logo (engraved), while the batch number of the bike is engraved on both sides—details that ground the bag to its owner and machine. The strap and mounting layout were planned for secure attachment and easy handling off the bike, so it feels natural whether you’re on the road or at the villa.
